What does downtime cost you?

At least a driver, the time to transport a vehicle, waiting for a service appointment to become available, sometimes even the time to DIY and figure out how to make the repair because the wait is too long elsewhere - oh, and don't forget about waiting for parts.

It adds up: and if the wheels aren't turning, you're not earning.

We're leaving that old-school mentality of waiting and transporting trucks back in 2024. This year, the service comes to you. Welcome to Southport Truck Group's Service On-Site.

With Service On-Site, our factory-trained technicians come from our shop and bring everything they need to make the repair at your location. This eliminates the cost of a driver and scheduling transportation. We stay out of your way and let your team keep working on the things they need to. Once you try it, you'll never go back to the old way of getting dealership repair work done.

As a dealer, we're doing constant training. We recognize these problems and know how to fix them fast so that you're back on the road as soon as possible. This work includes engine repair and replacement, brakes, chassis, emissions, transmission, lube, electrical work, and more.

Our team equipped a fleet of on-site repair units that come fully stocked - like the one you see below.

Once we're on site, the tech runs diagnostics. You'll have already provided an overview of the problem when you requested Service On-Site, so we'll be prepared to work on the problem. The form you complete includes space to describe the issue(s), any information we should know about who to speak with when we arrive, and a place to upload photos so we can know what to expect.

What happens if we don't have a part we need? That's easy: we come back - and we keep coming back until the job is done. You only pay a call-out fee one time per repair (no matter how long it takes). If you have questions about our process, costs, timing, or more, please reach out to us.

The technician gets to work doing what no other dealer can do for you and your team gets to focus on the projects you already assigned them. It's a win-win.

Get started by completing the Service On-Site form using the button below. Along with the normal contact information, you'll need the last six digits of the VIN in question, mileage, description of the problem and any photos or files you'd like to share with us for additional context. We'll be in touch as soon as we can to schedule our arrival.
